These terms cover your use of antiqua.gallery and the Antiqua waitlist. They’re written plainly; the owner finalizes the binding legal language. By joining the waitlist you agree to the following.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your serial № and gets you a note when Antiqua is released, currently planned for sometime in Q3 2026. A serial № is a place in line, not a purchase, a guarantee of access on any particular date, or a contract. Plans and timing may change, and we’ll keep this site honest as they do.

The art

The paintings in Antiqua are works in the public domain, drawn from institutions including Cleveland, the Art Institute of Chicago, the National Gallery, and Wikimedia. The Antiqua name, wordmark, software, wall-text writing, and visual design are the property of Rooted Heart LLC.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse the site, no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or probe it.
• Sign the register with a name and email that are yours to give.
• Anything you send us (a painting suggestion, a note) you’re free to share with us.

Giving

A portion of every purchase supports museum preservation. Distribution details and partner museums are forthcoming as we formalize our nonprofit relationships. Nothing on this site is an offer of, or solicitation for, a charitable donation.

No warranty

The site and the waitlist are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Rooted Heart LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
