These terms cover your use of antiqua.gallery. They’re written plainly. By using the site you agree to the following.
The app
The Antiqua app comes from the App Store and is licensed to you under Apple’s standard license agreement for apps. Pre-orders, memberships, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms. You can cancel a pre-order any time before it is released on 10 October, from your Apple Account in the App Store. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple explains how at support.apple.com/118223.
The register
The register that ran on this site before launch is closed. A serial № given to an earlier signer is a keepsake and a place in Antiqua’s records, not a purchase, a credit, a guarantee of features or access on any particular date, or a contract.
The art
The paintings in Antiqua are works in the public domain, drawn from the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago and the Rijksmuseum. The Antiqua name, wordmark, software, wall-text writing, and visual design are the property of Rooted Heart LLC.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the site, no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or probe it.
- Anything you send us (a painting suggestion, a note) you’re free to share with us.
Giving
A portion of every purchase supports museum preservation. Distribution details and partner museums are forthcoming as we formalize our nonprofit relationships. Nothing on this site is an offer of, or solicitation for, a charitable donation.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Rooted Heart LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
